Motorgems has a unique format for protecting the privacy of customers who place Ads on the Motorgems website. This is a simple but effective way of vetting potential buyers before releasing any of your personal details.
You can also choose not to deal with any potential buyer as Motorgems can do this for you and simply liase with you as a go between should you prefer. This service has a 5 % commission rate based on the total value of the item for sale and is a service you can request at any time by contacting us directly - motorgems@btinternet.com
The 3 main Ad packages have two sections:-
The first Section is for your personal details which reside with Motorgems and will not be disclosed to any other parties or show on your Ad. This information is purely so we can contact you ref your Ad if required.
The Second Section allows you to decide if you would like to enter any contact details i.e. phone numbers and e-mail address. Your Phone numbers do not have to be entered if you prefer to be contacted via mail only. E-mail address is required but will not show on your Ad at any point. All that will appear is a box which is titled "Contact The Seller".
This gives you peace of mind that your details are safe and protected as we take security very seriously and value your privacy.
